Arrive at Cairo International Airport, where our representative will assist with immigration and
luggage. Transfer to hotel for check-in and rest.

Day 2 Day 2 – Cairo | Pyramids & Grand Egyptian Museum
After breakfast, begin the day with a visit to the Great Pyramids of Giza, one of the Seven
Wonders of the Ancient World, and the Sphinx. Continue to the Grand Egyptian Museum,
showcasing the treasures of King Tutankhamun and thousands of Pharaonic artifacts. Lunch at a
local restaurant before returning to the hotel.

Day 3 Day 3 – Cairo | Coptic & Jewish Heritage
After breakfast, explore the Ben Ezra Synagogue, one of the oldest synagogues in Egypt, linked
to the Prophet Jeremiah.
Continue to Coptic Cairo, visiting:
• The Hanging Church (El Muallaqa) dedicated to the Virgin Mary.
• The Church of St. Sergius & Bacchus (Abu Serga) built above the cave where the Holy
Family sheltered.
• The Church of St. George (Greek Orthodox).
Proceed to the Monastery of St. Simon the Tanner (The Cave Church), carved into the
Mokattam Mountain, a remarkable site of Christian worship.
Lunch at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel.

Day 4 Day 4 – Wadi El Natrun Monasteries & Alexandria
After early breakfast, drive to Wadi El Natrun, the desert valley that became the cradle of
Christian monasticism. Visit three of its most important monasteries:
• Deir Al-Surian (Syrian Monastery)
• Monastery of St. Bishoy
• Monastery of the Virgin Mary (El Baramus / Ancient Church of the Virgin)
Continue driving to King Mariout, a sacred stop of the Holy Family. Lunch at a local restaurant
in Alexandria. In the evening, return to Cairo for overnight.

Day 5 Day 5 – Cairo → Minya → Assiut
After breakfast, depart for Minya to visit:
• Church of the Virgin Mary at Gabal El Teir, built into the cliff overlooking the Nile,
believed to be a resting place of the Holy Family.
Enjoy lunch, then continue to Assiut for overnight.

Day 6 Day 6 – Assiut Holy Sites
Breakfast at the hotel. Today, visit the most significant stops of the Holy Family in Assiut:
• Al-Ashmunein & Deirout: Ancient Christian sites where the Holy Family passed.
• Monastery of Al-Muharraq (Deir Al-Muharraq, El Qusiya): Known as the place
where the Holy Family stayed the longest period (over 6 months).
• Monastery of the Virgin Mary at Gabal Dronka: Built inside the mountain cave, the
final stop of the Holy Family before their return journey.
Return to Cairo in the evening.

Day 7 Day 7 – Cairo → St. Catherine (via Moses Springs)
After breakfast, depart by private coach towards St. Catherine in Sinai. On the way, stop at
Ayoun Moussa (Moses Springs), where the Prophet Moses is believed to have turned bitter
water into drinkable water. Continue the journey across the desert to reach St. Catherine. Dinner
and overnight in St. Catherine.

Day 8 Day 8 – Mount Sinai Sunrise & St. Catherine Monastery → Dahab
mountain where Moses received the Ten Commandments. After descending, visit the historic St.
Catherine’s Monastery, one of the oldest working monasteries in the world and a UNESCO
heritage site.
After lunch, drive to Dahab, a serene Red Sea town famous for its golden beaches and turquoise
waters. Dinner and overnight in Dahab.

Breakfast at the hotel, followed by free time by the beach. Later, check out and drive back to Cairo. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel. Evening at leisure.
